Minerálna voda vyteká z rúrky v údolí Rudlovského potoka a voľne odteká do vodného toku. Svojím zložením je síranovo-hydro-uhličitanová, vápenato-horečnatá, uhličitá, so zvýšeným obsahom kyseliny kremičitej, studená, hypotonická.

The well, 55m deep, is located in the north-east area of the town, around 100m to the right of the local road connecting Rudlovská cesta and Stará nemocnica. The mineral water runs from a tube in the valley of Rudlovský potok and then flows freely into the stream. It is a source of cold, hypotonic, carbonated water containing bicarbonates, sulphates, calcium and magnesium, with increased levels of silicic acid. It is used for drinking. However, analyses carried out at the beginning of this century have shown that it exceeded the maximum limits for arsenic, iron and manganese content. Long-term or excessive consumption of water with elevated levels of these elements and their compounds may have a negative impact on human health. The spring is permanently accessible to the public from Rudlovská cesta, Horné záhrady or Petelenova street. The area around the spring was last refurbished during the construction of the northern bypass in 2011.
